STYLE WV is a premier magazine that showcases the Design Industry in West Virginia. In this magazine it is our goal to highlight Fashion and Interior Design, Kitchen and Bath Design, Shopping , Small Business, Local Designers, Architecture, Homes, and Design Education in the state.

We are a family of professionals who are dedicated to highlighting the best that WV has to offer, representing the state in a positive light and celebrating those individuals who capture the voice of each respective industry.

ABOUT THE EDITOR

Carrie Swiger , a WV native, is the editor and publisher of UNVEILED WV and STYLE WV Magazines. She also works as an Adjunct Professor in the field of Event Management for Fairmont State University/Pierpont Community and Technical College. Carrie graduated in 2002 from Fairmont State College with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. With her desire to stay in the state of West Virginia, she professionally marked her start in the hospitality industry in 2002 with the launch of her West Virginia based Event Planning and Design company, Unveiled Event Planning & Design.

Carrie has nearly 10 years of experience planning and designing events. She has frequently been featured in several regional publications and is also a recipient of the WV State Journal Generation Next Award, and the FSU Outstanding Young Alumni Award for her achievements. Carrie resides in her hometown, Scott Depot, WV.
